Sean Ireland
Stephen Morrissey
Sean Ireland is a filmmaker/writer/producer currently residing in Santa Monica, CA. Sean has developed and/or participated in more than twenty feature length films, working in every department, from art department to script supervision, to production managing. Sean has also served as an associate producer and executive producer on several films. Sean wrote, directed, and produced the feature film, SWAY. The film was shot on location at a closed prison in Springfield, Massachusetts and featured 74 actors and an extensive crew. He also wrote, directed, and produced a television PSA in 2007 entitled, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? and was selected as a finalist among more than 500 entries in the California wide anti smoking commercial contest. In the summer of 2009 Sean wrote, directed, produced, and edited his second feature, THE FORECLOSURE. A graduate of Harvard University's ALM Masters program in the Humanities, with a concentration in English and American Literature and Language, Sean currently teaches English writing and composition at Santa Monica College and Los Angeles City College. He has also taught creative writing at West Los Angeles College and is author of several screenplays, scores of partially written screenplays, and hundreds of half-baked ideas. Sean is currently working on a boxing script that he intends to shoot as his 3rd feature. He will be shooting scenes from the film this summer. Stay tuned.
Stephen Morrissey is an actor and producer from Springfield, MA. He currently divides his time between Boston and Springfield and is a frequent visitor to Los Angeles, CA. Stephen was executive producer and actor on the film SWAY and is currently producing The FORECLOSURE. A lover of films of all kinds, Stephen is deeply committed to the process of getting this film finished and shown.
Scott Sylvia is an actor, author, martial arts trainer, and producer who spends the majority of his time in Connecticut and New York but whose work in independent film and radio takes him frequently to Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Having studied acting at the Film Industry Workshops in Los Angeles, CA and The Soap Set in New York City, Scott has appeared in a number of feature films, including Paul Lombardo's Love at Your Disposal, The Last Action Hero, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rising Sun, Carl Reiner's Fatal Instinct, SWAY, and THE FORECLOSURE. Scott has also appeared in numerous television shows, including Quantum Leap and Law and Order. Scott's brilliant portrayal of Sargent Ronald Mackowski in Sean Ireland's Sway was, according to one independent film critic, "Spot on hilarious, the quintessential caricature of a renegade jailhouse bull." Scott was an associate-producer on the film SWAY, where he helped organize casting and later production efforts, including re-shoots and editing, and one of three producers of The FORECLOSURE, lending his deep experience and talent for organization and knowledge of filmmaking to the production. Scott is also a partner in a marketing company that produces radio, print, and television advertising and marketing campaigns and has taught martial arts for over 20 years. He looks forward to marketing The Foreclosure. See you at the festivals!...
